ServiceNow Technical Lead (Practice Architect)
Sigital is seeking an experienced, ServiceNow Technical Lead (Practice Architect) to become a part of our fast-growing professional services business. The tech lead is the team leader for Sigital's delivery teams. We are an Elite-ServiceNow partner whose mission is to help organizations align their IT Services and Operations Management strategy with their businesses and service delivery needs.
Primary responsibilities:
Qualifications:
● Expertise with 3 years in ServiceNow and current position as a tech lead/Architect.
● Ability to go deep into the technical solutioning and delivery of key components that customers require as part of their implementation.
● Ability to lead a development team, providing feedback during review cycles. Needs to be platform cross-functional
● Must be able to source requirements, design solutions, implement and support features independently.
● Must be a US Citizen
● Ability to wear multiple hats for an implementation.
● Strong communication skills (communicate and describe features, functionality, process and delivery concepts to customers clearly and fluidly.
● Certified System Administrator & Certified Application Development (Required)
●Certified Implementation Specialist- ITSM, SPM, CSM and HRSD (Required)
●ServiceNow CMDB & HAM (is preferred)
● ServiceNow HR Service Delivery Employee Center and /or Customer Service Portal UX design experience
