Deer Park Tennis Club is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Deer Park, NY

A Front Desk Receptionist /Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all guests in person or otherwise, maintaining daily operations in the club. He/She will maintain and promote excellence in hospitality and customer service at all times by welcoming and servicing guests in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner and providing outstanding guest service during their stay/visit.

Duties:

- Inbound/outbound phone calls

- Keep track of upcoming scheduled appointments;

- Scheduling and coordinating appointments/lessons

- Check the payments (who has to pay and how much)

- Collect the payments from customers

- Keeping track and fill out customers attendance

- coodrination of tennis leagues and childrens match plays and adults tournaments

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Maintain patient records and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes
- Coordinate tasks as assigned by the office manager
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as front desk receiptionist is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle patient inquiries and concerns effectively
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
