Overview:

At Sightglass we carefully craft each and every aspect of what we do, from how we source our coffees, to how we serve them. This also includes the packaging of our products, performed daily by our valued Production team members. We are currently looking for an individual that is motivated, understands the importance of the details, and can share in the sense of pride we take in our work. The Fulfillment Team Member position is responsible for a series of tasks directly related to our wholesale distribution, cafe service, and final packaging presentation. This position reports to the Fulfillment Team Supervisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with Fulfillment Supervisor and Roastery Department to fulfill and expedite dailyorders.
• Prepare and restock bags, tags, and materials needed on a dailybasis.
• Weigh and package coffees accurately
• Wholesale and mail order fulfillment
• Assist Wholesale customers with pick-ups &deliveries.
• Assist in inventory counts andcommunicate needs to the productionmanager.
• Constantly maintain a clean work environmentthoroughly clean fulfillment area
• Other duties asassigned.

QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):

• Passionate about coffee with a desire to learnmore.
• Ability to work full-time, occasional weekends, and someevenings.
• Must have the maturity to use discretion and diplomacy in all aspects of thejob.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to work shifts while standing or walking for the majority of thetime.
• Specific abilities required by this job include operating a variety of equipment including using hands and fingers to seal, scoop, weigh coffee, and assembleboxes.
• Able to grasp, lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds and up to 135 pounds asneeded.
• Able to maneuver effectively around theworkspace.
