Title: FOH Team Member

Duties:

- Learning about all food and drinks on the menu;
- Greeting and seating customers;
- Running food and drinks;
- Attending to guests' questions and requests;
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area, bathroom, storage, service stations, bar, storefront, windows, dishwashing area;
- Restocking the service stations and bar;
- Pouring, mixing and serving beverages;
- Managing online and takeout orders;
- Hosting: answering phone calls; managing reservations and seating arrangements;
- Bussing tables; occasional dishwashing as needed;
- Supporting other servers and FOH Captain as instructed;
- Polishing silverware and glasses;
- Taking orders and processing payments;
- Coordinating special requests with servers and cooks;
- Performing FOH opening and closing duties.

Minimum qualifications:
- At least high school diploma or equivalent;
- Must be 21 as position may require tasting, selling and serving alcohol;
- Good team player;
- Good customer service and ability to communicate effectively in English;
- Physically fit; able to carry and walk with up to 30 pounds, using both hands;
- Able to carry and walk with multiple dishes without spills;
- Good brand ambassador for the restaurant: interested, courteous, personable, good communication skill, respectful to both co-workers and customers;

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
