Access Control Officers, Gatehouse and Vehicle.

The position mainly screens visitors and vendors. Experience with Gatehouse access control is a requirement. Schedules varies, second shift, swing, and overnight. Please note the shift, so you can express your interest in the schedule you prefer while applying for.

These positions are for individuals who have very good interpersonal skills and excellent customer service experience. You must be an intricate thinker and have the capacity to attend to the guests, and vendors with patience and the aptitude to multi-task. You must be able to de-escalate situations and have excellent problem-solving skills to assist with the access control process.

A professional and polished appearance is a must. This means that while in uniform on duty, security staff must abide by the assigned policy with no deviations.

Grooming Standards

• Assigned duty uniform on every shift including footwear
• No visible tattoos (i.e., neck area, face, hands, forearm), no facial piercings, no mouth jewelry
• Overall Clean-cut appearance
• Hair longer than shoulder length - must be pulled back in a neat bun, ponytail, braid or other approved updo.
• Dyed Hair Colors (such as blue, pink, purple, turquoise, neons, etc) are not allowed for this location. Check for approvals if needed
