Job Summary
The property is a 55 community that consists of over 160 units in 5 buildings and an on-site clubhouse/office, pool, and marina. The qualified Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Association, working with the five-member Board of Directors who set policy for the Association. The Manager will work together with the Board in maintaining and enhancing the value of the property and will interact with homeowners, vendors, board members and public inquiries with a positive attitude. Will work alongside the current general manager for a period to provide continuity with guests, owners, and service providers and to ensure a thorough orientation to the many aspects of operations.
Responsibilities
· Starting Salary $65,000-$80,000… (Entry Level Paid Time Off) 10 Vacation Days, 5 Personal Days and Paid Holidays (New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day/Day After, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day)
· Benefits subject to negotiation based on prior experience.
