Essential Responsibilities & requirements:

• Licensed Community Association Manager with the State of Florida.
• Manages HOA's & Condominiums through regular inspections of the properties to ensure standards are being met.
• Attends meetings of the Board of Directors.
• Takes and transcribes all minutes.
• Generates necessary mailings.
• Appropriately notices all meetings.
• Provides administrative, operational, and managerial advice to the Board of Directors.
• Prepares and provides up to date monthly reports to Board of Directors.
• Documents issues or transactions as needed.
• Directs the enforcement of community rules and restrictions.
• Has experience with identifying potential vendors, procuring bids, and hiring contractors and insurance carriers to maintain and protect the community.
• Develops community association budgets and provides for delivery/presentations of financial reports.
• Oversees and approves payment of vendors providing services to the communities.
• Additional duties may be required.

Education/Knowledge/Skills:

• Previous experience as a community association manager, 2 years preferred.
• Organized with focused attention to detail.
• Must possess a professional presentation.
• Outstanding guest service skills, sophisticated verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Responsible and reliable.
• Computer literacy – Word, Excel, and e-mail.
• High school diploma or equivalency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
