Sierra HR Partners is Hiring a HR Generalist Near Fresno, CA

We are a licensed Adult Residential Care Facility that provides direct care services to high risk developmentally disabled adults. Our ownership team is currently accepting applications for our HR Generalist role based in Fresno, CA. Under general direction from ownership, the HR Generalist will be responsible for improving human resource functions including recruiting, performance reviews, as well as general administration.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead the full cycle recruitment processes from hiring to termination.
  • Provide employee onboarding and organizational training and development.
  • Support staff with various HR-related topics and issues.
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies and updated Handbook.
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like employee turnover rates etc.
  • Prepare and organize employee performance reviews.
  • Maintain employee files and records in both electronic and paper form.
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Develop and monitor Injury prevention and safety plan.
  • Assist with Benefits Administration.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Associate’s degree required. (Bachelor’s degree preferred.)
  • At least 3 years of administrative experience in an office setting.
  • At least 3 year of human resources experience. (preferable in the medical field)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and consistently both verbally and through writing in English.
  • Multitasking abilities with strong critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment under pressure.
  • Ability to utilize discretion with confidential information.

Position offers a competitive salarybetween $26 - $28 per hour with a generous benefits package for full time employees including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Sick Time, and 401(k) with Company match.
