Our Corporate office is located off of White Rock Road in Rancho Cordova and is the main hub of our Human Resources team. 
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized Recruiter to join our team.
The Recruiter is responsible for researching, developing, and implementing effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent to the organization. The recruiter will assist all facilities with needed staffing, set up interviews, make final job offers and finalize the onboarding process.
Positions available : 

• Full time- Monday- Friday; hybrid position (in office & remote)

Required qualifications:

• Possess a High School diploma or GED equivalent
• At least three years of managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process
• Valid California driver's license
• Possess CPR/First Aid certification
• Familiar with HIPAA/client confidentiality and personal rights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.

Preferred education and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least five years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
• SHRMs Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.
• Corporate, clinical & medical recruiting experience

Salary: $66,800 - $83,000
