Job Responsibilities & Duties:

Available Shifts 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday. Every other weekend on call required.

Transportation:

Job Duties:

Provide transportation services to the residents for appointments and miscellaneous activities using the company vehicles. Ensure safety of all passengers. Assists residents during outings as appropriate. Runs community errands as needed. Keeps the facility vehicles clean and properly maintained. Interacts with residents in a friendly manner, providing meaningful attention and communicating concerns to proper management as appropriate. Must have a current valid drivers license and good driving record.

Maintenance:

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

• Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary
• Implement preventative maintenance measures
• Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
• Complete inspections of community buildings and apartments with Maintenance Manager
• Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol
• Perform other maintenance duties as requested
