Siena Ristorante Group is a modern Italian restaurant & rooftop bar within the Blake Hotel in downtown New Haven. We're a scratch restaurant utilizing the highest quality ingredients and what's in season at the moment. We feature an award winning cocktail program and extensive wine list with an Italian focus. We operate a restaurant on the lobby floor as well as a rooftop restaurant on the sixth floor. There are also many private events held on premise. We are a pooled tip house, ensuring a true team atmosphere where everyone helps one another, no matter how small the task.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a server is mandatory
- Knowledge of wine, beer and cocktails is expected
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
