Applynow for the position of Time Management Specialist, and you will be accountablefor the processes supporting and the accuracy and integrity of all HumanResources core time data.

The role includes Workforce Management and is furtherresponsible for processing all time data changes within the operations of theHR Shared Services including resolving time data and workforce managementissues in a timely fashion.

Your role :

  • Resolution of complex time and workforcemanagement-related issues
  • Consult with customer to obtain a cleardefinition of their time data requirements and follow-up to confirm their needsare met.
  • Responsible for processing all personneltime data changes for the organization accurately and in a timely fashion.
  • Overall data quality, integrity, andconsistency
  • Fulfill time data related policies andprocesses that are in compliance with time data protection incl. registrationand legal regulations.
  • Track / control issues and recommendcorrective action; provide status report.
  • Collaborate to update, simplify, or enhanceprocesses and procedures.
  • Involved in test plans for new systemsor upgrades impacting HR Shared Services
  • Forecast, prepare, and present workforcerequirements.
  • Collaborate with applicable roles toestablish staff planning and scheduling.
  • Schedule and communicate alldepartmental activities to site managers to ensure service level goals are met.
  • Monitor attendance / call volume daily andmake forecasted and real-time adjustments to scheduled assignments.
