Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will provide support to attorneys during all phases of the litigation process. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of legal procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
- Organize and maintain case files and documents
- Transcribe dictations and prepare accurate written summaries
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the litigation process
- Schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances
- Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness materials
- Manage document management systems and databases
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

Skills:
- Paralegal certification or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in legal drafting and formatting documents
- Knowledge of legal research methods and resources
- Familiarity with document management systems and electronic discovery processes
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
