- Assist with document review and preparation

- Provide administrative support to the team

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

- Answer phone calls and handle inquiries with professionalism and courtesy

Skills:

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Knowledge of law and legal processes

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Proficient in administrative tasks

- Familiarity with paralegal duties and responsibilities

- Ability to conduct research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis

- Experience with document management systems like iManage

- Ability to perform document review accurately
