Position Overview: We are seeking a Junior Investment Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a college degree, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a basic understanding of accounting or finance. This role offers the potential for both part-time and full-time employment, providing the opportunity to learn and grow within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities.
• Assist in client and custodian administration tasks, including account maintenance and paperwork processing.
• Collaborate with senior advisors and the investment team to support their initiatives and projects.
• Participate in client meetings and assist in preparing materials and presentations as needed.
• Conduct research and analysis to contribute to investment strategies and client recommendations.
• Continuously seek opportunities for learning and skill development to enhance performance and contribution to the firm.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, accounting, economics, or business administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles or financial concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and willingness to take on new challenges.
• Previous experience or internships in the financial services industry is a plus but not required.
