Job Overview:
Join the team at SICHA (Southwestern Idaho Cooperative Housing Authority) we are dedicated to providing affordable housing solutions to residents within our jurisdiction. We oversee a diverse portfolio of apartment communities, multiplexes, and single-family homes. Currently, we are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician with a versatile skill set to address various maintenance needs and a willingness to learn new skills.

· Perform planned and corrective maintenance on building surfaces, fixtures, systems, and equipment.

· Meet daily for clear assignments and direction.

· Foster team effort within an environment of independence and self-sufficiency.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in maintenance-related tasks.

· Familiarity with plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems.

· Proficiency in painting, carpentry, masonry, plastering, and general cleaning.

· Ability to work on-call shifts as part of a rotating schedule.

· Valid Driver's License is required.
