Office Administrator - wanted full-time for our busy public accounting firm in the heart of San Francisco.

We are a small, well-established firm founded in 1989 and located in San Francisco’s Financial District. Shwiff, Levy & Polo, LLP, Certified Public Accountants provides tax and related advisory services for small and medium-sized businesses. We specialize in complex accounting and taxation situations and cases, both domestic and international, and we are particularly known for our expertise in international tax matters. We want to add a new team member that shares our interest in delivering superior services to our dynamic clients.

Qualifications:

  • Brings a hard-working and cheerful attitude to the team.
  • Has excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and in Outlook.
  • Understands and uses computers well.
  • Has a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Proficient in TimeSlips and Practice CS (Preferred).
  • Previous experience in administration (Preferred).

If you are someone that can keep up with our fast pace, is able to multi-task, doesn’t get easily stressed or flustered and can service the clients and staff cheerfully while maintaining excellent organizational skills, this is the job for you!

You will have your own workstation and receive paid relevant educational courses, standard paid vacations, health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Compensation based on experience and production.

COVID vaccination required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
