Banking and Finance/General Business Attorney

Shuttleworth & Ingersoll, PLC seeks an attorney with at least five years of law firm or equivalent experience to support the firm’s business and banking/finance practice, including corporate finance and commercial lending. Candidates should have a strong understanding of the Uniform Commercial Code and prior experience conducting due diligence, drafting loan and collateral documents (encumbering both personal property and real estate) and loan modification agreements as well as reviewing and negotiating loan and collateral documents for sophisticated borrower clients. Candidates will also be expected to have general corporate law experience advising private companies on corporate governance matters and other general business matters. Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials, and have strong writing, analytical, organizational, leadership and communication skills.
