We have an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our team.Responsibilities The Department Administrative Assistant supports the team through performing clerical functions such as meeting minutes, creating letters and spreadsheets, maintaining Outlook calendars for the team, ordering supplies and supporting the leader and department. Specific tasks include answering the department phone, reserving conference rooms, preparing reports, maintaining computer time and attendance, and scheduling patient within EMR.Qualifications EducationHigh School diploma required Skills and Experience3-5 years administrative experienceIntermediate level of experience with Microsoft Suite of products
