Shriners Children's is the premier pediatric burn, orthopaedic, spinal cord injury, cleft lip and palate, and pediatric subspecialties medical center. We have an opportunity for a Manager of Care Management.
Education
BSN required, and
MSN or Master of Social Work preferred.
Certification/Licensure
RN Illinois License required, or
Social Worker Illinois License.
Case Management Certification (CCM, ACM, or ANCC) required. If not currently certified, certification by CCM, ACM, or ANCC will be required within one year of hire, or upon eligibility.
Experience
2 years experience in a Healthcare (medical / surgical) setting
2 years Care Management
2 years Pediatrics experience preferred
3 years management experience in a supervisory/leadership role preferred
