Front of House Manager responsibilities include:

• Provide positive dining experiences for each guest
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train employee candidates that will be beneficial to the restaurant operation
• Coaching, counseling, and disciplinary action for employees
• Control costs and minimize waste in beverage program by utilizing portion control, recipes, and monitoring quality
• Upholding and maintaining safety and sanitation standards as defined by state regulations
• Reconciling and addressing all guest issues with a positive attitude and customer retention focus
• Manage and schedule front of house employees including servers, server assistants, hosts, and hostesses
• Perform opening and closing cash handling duties including daily reporting of restaurant performance

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required (Preferred college degree in Culinary Management or Restaurant Management)
