Showcase Facilities Management, LLC is Hiring an Admin/Some Accounting/Const Mgmt- PART TIME AFTERNOONS Near Tulsa, OK

  • Need an experienced person for administrative duties including leasing of our properties in our multi-company business. We deal in real estate, rental property, and construction. Our business office is located in the trendy Tulsa Arts (Brady) District in downtown Tulsa. (Parking provided)

The applicant will be part of a multi-person TEAM and advocate for the owner. Must be a capable administrator, but there is a great deal of inter-office support. More hours would be considered for an applicant with construction management skills or social media/leasing skills, but this is a primarily an accounting position. Please only skilled full charge accounting people apply First interview will be held by FaceTime.

JOB SKILLS

  • 2 Spread multi tab spread sheets
  • Marketing
  • 2 years word, Excel and Outlook experience
  • Experience with intercompany billing preferred
  • Sage (ACCPAC) experienced a plus, but not required
  • Social media & SRO skills
  • 7 Years administration experience.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Rent Management
  • Accounts Payable Allocations
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Spread Sheets & Budgeting
  • Prepare, manage and revise rental documents and other administrative forms
  • Promoting & Leasing Properties
  • Create and maintain reports as requested by management.
  • Develop Processes
  • Fill out Leases make deposits.

Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently with support. Timely follow up and multi-tasking abilities a must. Please only those with provable qualifications apply. I'm then happy to have you on our TEAM.

You will work in a private office with a small group of office staff. There is limited access and we not open to the general public.
