• Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and service for guests.
• Monitor the waiting area and manage guest expectations by providing accurate wait time estimates and updates.
• Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries regarding reservations, menu items, and restaurant policies.
• Assist with general restaurant duties, such as cleaning and organizing the host/hostess station, restocking supplies, and assisting with takeout orders as needed.

Qualifications:
