```Duties```
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our outdoor spaces. Your primary duties will include lawn care, garden maintenance, and landscape upkeep.

Responsibilities:
- Mow lawns, trim edges, and maintain overall lawn appearance
- Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the landscape
- Water and irrigate plants as needed

- Repair and maintenance of irrigation systems
- Weed gardens and remove any unwanted vegetation
- Prune trees and shrubs to ensure healthy growth
- Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas, including picking up trash and debris
- Operate power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers
- Utilize hand tools for various landscaping tasks
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Collaborate with team members to complete larger landscaping projects

```Skills```
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

-Ability to trouble shoot and repair irrigation and sprinkler systems, time clocks, water schedules.

Experience in lawn care, garden maintenance, or landscape upkeep
- Knowledge of different plants, flowers, and trees
- Ability to operate power tools such as lawn mowers and trimmers
- Proficiency in using hand tools for landscaping tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean outdoor environment
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
