We are sports travel experts specializing in team travel, recruiting travel, group hotels, bus charters and air charters servicing hundreds of athletic departments each year. Mission: The Account Coordinator role will provide operational support for TMC accounts to help ensure the travel program is running smoothly and efficiently, as planned during and after implementation. This role will support ongoing client reporting needs and respond to basic, first level online support questions, escalating issues to second level of support as needed.

The Account Coordinator will work with the Account Owner to ensure client satisfaction and will coordinate with additional internal and external resources as needed to support TMC issue escalation, solution finding, and continuous improvement. The candidate placed in this position must have the ability to function autonomously, as an individual contributor, and as a member of the operations team. This role can work fully remote.

Technical Skills:

  • Microsoft Office skills preferred (Word, Excel, and Outlook))
  • In-depth GDS, internet, profile and portal knowledge
  • Strong working knowledge of integral relationship between GDS, mid-office and back-office systems 

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • BS or BA Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of travel industry experience required
  • Online booking tool knowledge (Concur, Etta/Deem) is a plus 
  • Reporting knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours, based on client needs
