Short’s Travel Management, a leading provider of NCAA Athletic travel for collegiate athletics has a immediate opening for a Sourcing Coordinator with it’s Charter Air department. What you can expect in this role:As Sourcing Coordinator for STM Charters, you will be primarily responsible for assisting Account Executives with procuring charter flight costs for standard brokerage trips, assembling the contracts for confirmed charters in Stack Aero (SA), completing lower level Operational duties as designated by your Team (communicating with both clients as well as vendors), and assisting in 24-Hour service required for the successful oversight of client’s charter flights. 

Essential Functions:

• Organize and distribute charter flight COGS from STM vendors and our internal ACMI staff. 
• Assemble client contracts in Stack Aero and assist in monitoring time between sales stages. 
• Assist with completing designated operational tasks as assigned by Charters Teams related to both customer and vendor information. 
• Collaborate with Charters Team on a 24-Hour service plan to assist in monitoring the charter flight needs of STM clients. 
• Represent STM and STM Charters in a professional manner. 
• Assist with NCAA Championship Travel on an “as needed” basis. 
• Demonstrate a curious mind and willingness to learn new skills with a commitment to continuously enhance the STM Charters Operations system. 
• We are a team at Short’s Travel Management and as such, you may be expected to assist in other departments or handle tasks outside of your typical position scope for the benefit of our clients or company. 

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-starter with ability to focus on goals without constant direct leadership or oversight.
• Previous aviation experience required.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook).
• Experience with Salesforce a plus.
• Ability and willingness to learn new programs/processes that may be adopted moving into the future.
