### Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the editorial team.
- Maintain and organize editorial files efficiently.
- Format and prepare submitted copy for publication.
- Manage email correspondences and ensure timely responses.
- Handle document downloads and uploads, including other content management tasks.
- Assist in graphic design and other creative projects as needed.
- Undertake additional duties and responsibilities, as required by the editorial team.
