Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Answering inbound phone calls for mostly taxi and medical transport customers.
Booking calls to the database (Dispatch System).
Providing first-class service in a call center environment.
Handling all inquiries with appropriate and timely follow-through.

Position Requirements:
Professional customer service skills with 1-2 years of experience.
Multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Basic computer skills and ability to type.
Superior attention to detail!.

• High school or equivalent (Required)

License/Certification:

• Quincy Hack License (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
