We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Master Level Social Worker to join our dynamic team on a 15-week contract starting in mid-March with the potential for extension/direct hire. Job Summary:

As a Master Level Social Worker, you will be an integral part of our psychiatric/behavioral unit, delivering expert social work services to patients and their families. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will address the psychosocial needs of individuals facing mental health challenges. This role provides a unique chance to make a positive impact on Green Bay's mental health landscape.

Monday-Friday

8am-4pm

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify patients' strengths, needs, and treatment goals.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the treatment team.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and counseling to individuals, families, and groups to support their emotional and psychological well-being.
• Advocate for patients' rights and coordinate with external agencies to ensure a seamless continuum of care.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to integrate social work perspectives into the overall treatment plan.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies or acute situations.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Wisconsin.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in psychiatric/behavioral health settings.
• Strong knowledge of mental health assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity in working with diverse populations.
• Proficient in using electronic health records and other relevant software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.

• Compensation: $60 per hour
