We are currently looking for a creative & experienced FLORAL MANAGER that helps us live that company Purpose!

*FLORIST / RETAIL FLORAL MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED*

The job entails managing the ordering, quality, shrink, presentation, marketing, inventory, staff schedules, customer service, and all managerial aspects of the ShopRite of Canton floral department. The position is Full Time, hourly and non-union. The hours range from 40-48 hours per week.

Our management team works hard to put our associates first and uphold our family-orientated culture, advocating for our associates and addressing their issues with urgency, so that is a must.

REQUIREMENTS:

* expertise in floral: arrangements for variety of occasions, centerpieces, wedding bouquets, corsages, etc...

* flower and plant expertise REQUIRED

* Must be able to stand for 8 hours a day, bend, twist, reach, climb, squat, push, pull, and regularly lift & carry 50 lbs

* Outstanding customer service

* Available 5am-midnight, daily

* Weekend availability required

* Must be able to work within store coolers, outside weather conditions, in and out of cold temperatures

* Must be able to handle all floral products and supplies including helium tanks
