ROLE OVERVIEW:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
As the Digital Manager of Live Streaming for Shop LC, your goal is to drive revenue growth by effectively promoting Shop LC's live-streaming solutions, building strong relationships with current and potential customers and clients.
Work Location - 100 Michael Angelo Way, Austin, Texas 78728.
Reporting Manager - Vice President - Commercial Operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Industry Knowledge - Stay updated on the live streaming industry, including advancements in technology, potential customer engagement, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
- Market Analysis - Stay up to date with trends and market demands, while maintaining company brand. Innovate to identify potential clients, target markets, and other emerging opportunities.
- Sales Strategy - Create, plan and implement effective sales strategies to meet/ exceed targets. Collaborate with marketing, social, sales and other teams to optimize lead generation and conversion.
- Customer Relations - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. Address customer inquiries concerns, and provide support as needed.
- Sales Reports - Use Business Acumen totrack sales reports, performance metrics, and provide updates as needed.
- Technical Acumen - Maintain a solid understanding of the technical aspects of live streaming- video codecs, streaming protocols and encoding; these can be beneficial in addressing customer queries and understanding their needs better.
- Team Collaboration - Work closely with departments such as marketing, product development, merchandising and customer support to align strategies and provide valuable input for product improvement.
- Comply with company policies and procedures, and other duties as assigned by the manager.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree or above preferred; 2 years experience in a supervisory position.
- Knowledge of jewelry, beauty, and other retail products is a must.
- Organized, strong attention to detail and execution are essential.
- Experience in building and managing a team- especially in a start up environment.
- Ability to effectively utilize various software applications including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Independent self-starter with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong professional and interpersonal skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven.
- Candidates who have worked with, or have connections with TV, celebrities/ spokespeople, live-streaming applications, and jewelry (preferred).
- Strong business acumen in emerging industries; experience in the entertainment industry is (preferred).
- May require domestic or international travel with notice.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one workplace or building to another.
- Adjusting or moving objects up to 40 pounds in all directions.
- Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
- Sitting at a computer, desk or similar for a few hours at a time may be required.
