Job Description:
We are currently seeking a friendly and outgoing host to join our team. As a host at Shoma Bazaar Foodhall, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Your primary duties will include greeting guests, seating guests, and assisting with any inquiries or special requests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
• Manage event reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
• Provide information about menu items, specials, and promotions
• Ensure guests are attended to promptly and courteously
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests in a professional manner
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role. Required
• Bilingual English/Spanish. Required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be reliable and punctual
