The Role

Here’s what a day at work may look like…

· Hire, manage and motivate your team to operate at the highest level.

· Drive, analyze, and create sales by delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales goals.

· Own all store functions including Sales and Profit, following SP’s Standards, People Management, Product Stock and Merchandising, and always being SP TECH.

· Together with your store leadership team make sure customers are always receiving the ultimate experience.

· Implement and follow up on SP TECH – be the SP brand!

· Lead by example, own the SP brand!

About you…

· Retail management experience.

· Physically able to run, lift, climb and be on your feet for full shifts.

· Adaptable - Make sure you understand Shoe Palace is full of changes and opportunities.

· You have the people skills to grow your team.

· A desire to work hard and be successful.

· Honesty and loyalty - we have a strong team, so we need someone even stronger to lead it.

It would be great but not completely necessary to have…

· Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.

· Experience working with a growing company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 80 per week
