- Assisting the Store Manager in all operational and leadership aspects of the store
- Driving sales and customer satisfaction
- Training and coaching store associates

REQUIREMENTS :
- Some previous supervisory experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong leadership and customer management abilities
- Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
