Shockwave Trampoline Park in Anchorage, AK is looking for one Team Leader to join our roster. We are located at 3101 Penland Pkwy. Ste. M-8. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable. This is a keyholder position and we are looking for applicants who are 18 and older only. This is a part-time position around 25 to 32 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Open or close the facility for the day
• Supervise Team Members by keeping them on task and delegating projects when it is slower
• Help train new employees
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility
• Ensure quality customer service by observing and coaching Team Members
• Help host parties as needed
• Helping to cover the trampoline courts, laser tag, and rock wall when you overlap with a manager

Qualifications

• 18 years of age and older
• Guaranteed reliable transportation
• Cash handling experience
• Strong basic math skills
• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• Supervisory or keyholder experience is a plus but not required
• Open or very close to open availability (we are open Monday - Thursday 12pm to 9pm, Friday 12pm to 10pm, Saturday 11am to 10pm, and Sunday 11am to 8pm. Our opening shifts typically start 30 minutes before we open and our closing shifts typically end 30 to 45 minutes after we close.)
