Shockwave Trampoline Park in Anchorage, AK is looking for a few Party Area Attendants to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, organized, and hard-working. Most commonly, Party Area Attendants work two 5.5 to 7 hour shifts per week, one on Saturday and one on Sunday with the occasional shorter Friday shift. Availability of hours depends on the number of bookings for the day. Open availability on Saturdays and Sundays is required. This position starts at $11.00 per hour plus tips.

Responsibilities

• Setting up tables for parties and cleaning up afterward
• Checking party guests in and delivering a great customer service experience
• Delivering pizza to tables and keeping soda pitchers full
• Assisting customers when asked with things like setting up decorations, cutting cake, serving pizza, taking photos, etc.
• Helping parties manage their time at the tables to keep the schedule moving smoothly

 Qualifications 

• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced and busy environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail and strong time-management skills
• Experience as a Server, Party Host/Attendant, or Customer Service a plus
• Open weekend availability (required)
• 16 years or older
