Job Overview: Coopers Beach Shack is seeking a Hospitality Leader to join our team. As a Hospitality Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive dining experience for our guests. This position requires strong leadership skills, culinary knowledge, and a passion for the food industry. Duties: - Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction - Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures - Train and supervise staff members to maintain high standards of service - Assist in meal preparation and ensure food quality and presentation - Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery - Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed Requirements: - Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred - Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food handling, and meal preparation - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Basic knife skills are required for this position - Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds At Coopers Beach Shack, we offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth.
