Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front of House Team Member. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Assist guests with seating arrangements and provide menu recommendations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set up for each guest
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness of the front of house area, including dining tables, floors, and restrooms
- Assist with catering events as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience in cash handling and customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of the food industry and hospitality practices is a plus
- Experience with bartending or operating Aloha POS system is beneficial

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional service to guests
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
