ShipperHQ is a startup headquartered in Austin, TX making a big impact in the e-commerce shipping space. Founded in 2009, we are a premier supplier of shipping software for e-commerce sites, selling to both SMB and Enterprise customers. We have 40 team members spread across the US, UK, Canada, India and Australia. 30 members are based in Austin, TX. We are seeking an outgoing individual with a positive attitude who is willing to grow with the company.

What You’ll Do:

The Sr. Product Manager will be responsible for product strategy, planning, and execution for key merchant and shopping experiences across ShipperHQ. You will drive innovation and integration across the customers, partners, and teams of ShipperHQ to support our product strategy and mission as a premier shipping platform. Working with a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, marketers, and technology partners, you'll help deliver a roadmap of innovative products that enable some of the biggest brands in the world.

Your Impact:

• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth
• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver quick time-to-market and optimal resources
• Drive product launches including working with Marketing, executives, and other product management team members
• Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
• Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
• Work with system integrators and project teams that achieve the $1B market opportunity.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience: 5-8 years experience in e-commerce product management specifically in SAAS. You have strong market and industry knowledge of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes. You have heavy experience in market research, and developing and executing product strategies with the ability to align the product roadmap with the overall business strategy and goals. 
• Tech-Savvy: You understand the challenges unique to SAAS products, including (but not limited to) emerging technologies and AI/MLTech-savvy with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
• Personality traits: You’re a a skilled relationship manager who possesses creative quantitative thinking abilities, and excels in stakeholder management and cross-organization negotiation. You have exceptional attention to detail, thrive in deadline-driven environments, and have a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic business landscape, all while staying process-oriented and organized.
• Attitude: You’re data-driven, results oriented and resourceful. Being a self-starter,you're adept at navigating ambiguity and excelling in dynamic, rapidly growing organizations. You embrace challenges with a positive mindset and are proactive in solutions.

Logistics:

• This is a full-time position working out of our Austin, TX office 2 days a week
• Compensation is based on experience
