Shippensburg Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is a 125-bed skilled nursing facility located in Shippensburg, PA. We are currently recruiting for housekeepers to join our team. These positions are full or part time and includes every other weekend as well as holiday rotation.

Wages up to $13 based on experience.

Available shifts:

• 6:30am-2:30pm Full Time or Part Time

Responsibiliteis:
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
- Notify superiors on any damages, deficits, and disturbances
- Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
- Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices

Experience:
- Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Customer-oriented and friendly
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Working quickly without compromising quality

Skills:
- Cleaning experience preferred
- Healthcare experience a plus
- Knowledge of custodial duties and responsibilities
- Ability to clean various surfaces and materials effectively
- Understanding of healthcare industry standards
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment
