Salary Range: $85K-$125K (DOE)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations as the Corporate Compliance Officer.
- Supervise IT staff to optimize technology and support employees.
- Develop and maintain electronic health record systems.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and special projects.
- Drive the development of new services and alliances.
- Model exemplary leadership and promote a positive culture of inclusivity.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and engage in relevant training.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in operations management and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, quality improvement, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
