TransCore (TRN), a subsidiary of ST Engineering, is seeking a full-time Facility & Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Prior warehouse and management experience required.
• Schedule monthly warehouse inventory review and reporting.
• Oversees and coordinates the activity of subordinates.
• Approves and assists in biweekly Time and Attendance reporting for all direct reports.
• Interact and manage outside contractors and vendors for building and equipment maintenance, and repairs.
• Perform or schedule basic building maintenance and repairs.
• Identify vendors and regularly negotiate best prices for frequently used items.
• Work with all departments to centralize purchasing of office, janitorial, and other miscellaneous items.
• Receive incoming deliveries and process all necessary paperwork.
• Maintain office and other miscellaneous facility equipment.
• Maintain and operate forklift.
• Maintain required certifications and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Work with management to ensure that operations are compliant with PCI physical security requirements.
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job
• Other duties as assigned.
