Boca's Premier Personal Injury Law Firm, and official partner of Florida Atlantic University, is looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal or Legal Assistant to join the team.

Requirements:

• 4 years’ experience handling Plaintiff PI Litigation
• Bilingual Spanish speaker, a huge plus!
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and PDF

Role includes, but is not limited to:

• Scheduling mediation and depositions
• Managing attorney calendar
• e-Filing
• Drafting various litigation documents
• Request and respond to Discovery
• Review, organize and summarize medical records and billings
• Lien management
• Communication with Clients, OC and experts
