Shine Pediatric Therapy seeks a passionate and dedicated Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team. The Speech and Language Pathologist will be crucial in providing diagnostic evaluations, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy services to children with speech and language disorders or delays. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication skills
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals
  • Provide direct therapy services to children with a variety of speech and language disorders or delays
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support the child's progress and maximize outcomes
  • Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
  • Educate parents and caregivers on strategies to support speech and language development at home
  • Stay current on best practices, research, and trends in the field of speech-language pathology
  • Participate in team meetings, case management, and professional development activities
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or eligibility for certification
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
  • Knowledge of developmental milestones and evidence-based interventions for speech and language disorders
  • Strong clinical skills, including assessment, treatment planning, and intervention
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
