The Embroiderer position is a non-exempt member of the Shilling Sales team. This position is responsible for performing various embroidering tasks, not limited to hooping, trimming, and machine embroidery.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Ability to operate computerized high-tech embroidery machines.
• Read and follow specific instructions related to daily tasks or projects.
• Assists with shipping and receiving freight/packages as needed.
• Performs other various functions as requested by management.

• Demonstrate interpersonal communication skills to facilitate effective interaction with a variety of team members.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
• Works effectively, with minimal supervision, and in a team environment. Fosters a positive and professional environment with all team members in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Ability to flex hours as needed and/or requested by management.
• Some overtime may be required.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in running specialized embroidering machinery is preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Requires use of hands and arms in handling, positioning, and moving.
• Requires standing, bending, lifting, kneeling, and vision. Utilizing proper body mechanics while performing these tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
