PRIMARY RESPONSBILITY:
Manufacture nonwoven product to required specifications through the proper setup and operation of an automated production line. Following all procedures and work instructions, achieve optimal productivity, quality, and safety assuring internal and external customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Three years of experience working in manufacturing. Nonwovens experience is a plus but not required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend simple or detailed instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to respond appropriately to correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL & COMPUTER SKILLS: Perform basic math skill with ability to add /subtract /multiply/divide. Basic familiarity with data entry.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and use hands to touch, handle, or feel. The employee frequently is required to walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Ability to work 12 hour shifts every other weekend when business demands warrant a 24-7 continuous operation.
