Our client is a prominent player in the pool industry, looking for a skilled Inside Sales Associate to effectively use advanced digital tools for sales and inventory management.

This role is critical as it combines digital fluency with industry expertise to elevate customer service and operational efficiency.

Position Summary :

This position is ideal for a tech-savvy sales professional who excels in using digital platforms to enhance sales processes and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Digital Sales Management : Master the clients computer systems for managing sales orders, customer relationships, and financial transactions to ensure high accuracy and efficiency.
• Customer Relationship Management : Foster strong relationships with customers, both digitally and in person, representing the clients brand professionally.
• Product Expertise and Demonstrations : Use in-depth product knowledge, particularly of pool-related products, to educate and engage customers, thereby enhancing their purchasing experience.
• Proactive Customer Follow-Up : Leverage digital tools to track interactions and sales, enabling effective customer engagement and business development.
• Inventory and Database Management : Manage inventory through sophisticated digital systems, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient handling of logistics.

Required Qualifications :

• Education : High school diploma or GED.
• Experience : At least 1 year of inside sales experience. While pool industry experience is a significant advantage, it is not required.
• Skills : Proficient in the use of computer sales systems and inventory management software, excellent customer service, strong sales presence, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
• Physical Requirements : Ability to frequently lift and / or move items up to 100 pounds with mechanical assistance.
• Age Requirement : Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
