Requirements for an Employment Onboarding Success Coach:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Nursing, Education, Counseling) preferred.
• Proven experience in counseling, job coaching, or related roles, especially within healthcare or skilled nursing settings.
• Strong understanding of diverse abilities, disabilities, and accommodations in the workplace.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with individuals, staff, and external partners.
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to employment for individuals with diverse abilities.

Responsibilities for an Employment Onboarding Success Coach:

• Assist employees to maximize their potential on the job by supporting and assisting them in gaining employment skills to successfully manage their professional lives.

• The ultimate goals of the Coach are:
  • Help create a workplace where team members are motivated to do their best work while feeling valued, safe, and appreciated.
  • Impact retention in a positive manner by building relationships and providing resources and guidance to our team members.
  • Act as a partner to Managers and Supervisors as we continue to build and develop our workforce.
  • Identify areas of improvement in our onboarding process, organizational communications, employee engagement, and overall culture.
