Role (Overview of the Position)

• Responsible for creating a connection with new patient opportunities, guiding people through the new patient journey, client management, client communication, and client retention
• Building strong relationships with potential patients
• Having a great attitude
• Creative input to enhance the operation towards continual excellence
• Jump into the fire every day and move the needle forward
• Check in and out patients
• Schedule appointments
• Follow Up on Pharmacy Requests
• Assist providers with administrative tasks
• Answer phones and help or transfer patients as needed
• Backup for TMS, Spravato, QEEG and other tasks as needed (cross train)

• Put potential patients at ease, diffuse their objections / concerns and enroll them into appointments
• Answer all questions in a timely manner
• See things through to completion (call backs, etc.)
• Set proper expectations for patients follow through
• Keep accurate records of interactions with prospective patients
