Founded in 2015, Shield AI is a venture-backed defense technology company whose mission is to protect service members and civilians with intelligent systems. The Senior Manager of Operational Support Group supervises four specialty teams in Flight Operations: Experimental Flight Testing, Production Flight Testing, Demonstrations, and Fleet Support. They oversee a large number of technical experts and ensure that V-BAT flight operations in support of Production, Engineering, and Business Development are conducted safely and achieve a mission impact. Their teams perform flights all over the globe in support of challenging test and deal capture events, their pilots serve as subject matter experts in positions of strategic importance, and they allocate resources, manage risk, develop and mentor leaders, and act as a primary touchpoint for both internal and external requirements.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location. All offers are contingent on a cleared background check.
